Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed M-F before 11am EST will ship same business day. Orders placed after 11am EST (or on holidays) will ship the following business day.

 

Shipping Options:

Free & Economy Shipping: 3-10 day shipping, not insured, package will ship same business day if placed before 11am EST.

Priority 2-3 | Insured $50: 2-3 day shipping, insured up to $50, package will be first to ship same day when ordered before before 4pm EST.

Priority 2-3 | Fully Insured: 2-3 day shipping, insured up to order value, package will be first to ship same day when ordered before before 4pm EST.

 

Shipping is free on most items when orders reach $45. Heavy or large items have an additional shipping surcharge automatically applied to them due to excess weight and/or size regardless of shipping promotions. 

 

If you are local to Cumberland, MD, we do offer local pick-up. With local pickup we do accept cash or credit on delivery, just select this payment option instead of PayPal at checkout and leave a comment during checkout stating how you will be paying. If picking up in store, please schedule a order pickup appointment

 

Need it to go? We now offer Curbside Pick up. Just mention you would like curb side pick up in your appointment request and we will have it ready and deliver it to your door. 

 

Privacy & Security

We take every precaution to protect your personal information. Your personal information is transmitted through an SSL and will only be used for ordering, shipping and promotional purposes for this store. Returns & Replacements

Unused, unwashed products with original tags attached may be exchanged within 14 days for store credit for the full amount less actual cost of shipping and discounts, customer is responsible for return shipping. Customer must return any free or promotional items in new, unused and in original packaging they received in the order with the product, or that items value will reduce the store credit amount. Kebbie's Diaper Bag is not responsible for lost returns, so we recommend you insure and have tracking your return package. If Kebbie's Kash has been awarded on the returned item, it will be forfeited. 

 

Unused, unwashed products returned within 30 days from purchase will be issued a store credit less actual shipping, discounts and a 15% restocking fee. Free or promotional products must be returned with products in new unused condition in original packaging. Products that have been used or worn cannot be returned unless accompanied by a Love it or Leave it return form which can be found here.

 

Products that are not refundable include rentals, limited releases, Ju Ju Be bags, consumable products, samples, gift cards, clearance & sale products and carriers. In the case of manufacturer defect please contact manufacturer to submit a claim to get your item repaired or replaced.  

 

Previously loved or gently used items may not be returned.

 

All returns must include an RMA#, be clean, dry and free of pet hair, smoke or smells. Any free or promotional items received on the order must be returned in new and unused condition in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping.  

 

For defective items, please follow manufacturer’s warranty.



Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on items being returned unless KDB made a mistake with your order. Customer must notify KDB of any shipping discrepancy within 3 days of receiving their order. An RMA number is required for all returns not being returned under the Love it or Leave it program. Please fill out the return request form and provide as much detail as possible.

 

Order Changes and Cancellations

Due to our rapid processing system, we are not able to make changes to or cancel an order once it has been placed. 

 

Pre-orders & Special Orders

May be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, but a 15% cancellation fee will apply and store credit will be issued. Orders over 24 hours may not be cancelled or returned. Orders placed that violate limitations placed by the manufacturer or Kebbie's Diaper Bag will be cancelled and refunded at the discretion of Kebbie's Diaper Bag.

 

Ordering

Orders placed before 11am Eastern Time M-F will be processed and shipped same business day, excludes special orders, drop ship items, pre-sale orders and custom made to order items. Orders placed after noon or on holiday will be processed and shipped the next business day. In a matter of an item being out of stock, or any other delay, we will contact you via the email address you registered with to give you an update on your order status.

 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

By registering and subscribing to our newsletter you will receive notification of specials, sales and other discounts. You will also be able to earn rewards points that can be accumulated and used on future orders to receive an instant discount. Credit cards processed through PayPal. PayPal is a free portal where your transaction is handled securely and allows for buyer protection. If you don't have a PayPal account, simply sign up with your email address and credit card. If you have any questions or concerns with using PayPal or don't wish to, please contact us and we can process your payment over the phone. 

Credit cards processed through our credit card gateway are passed over a SSL network and are encrypted for your security. 

Cash on Delivery (COD) payment may be selected for local pick ups and deliveries. Payment must be received in full within 5 business days of order being placed. Orders that are not picked up by the 5th business day will be cancelled and items returned to shelf.

Register with KDB, you will be able to log in and view your complete order history.

 

Baltic Amber Jewelry Repair

By sending in your piece of jewelry for repair, you agree to these terms and conditions:

Kebbie’s Diaper Bag will attempt to perform the repairs as safely as possible, Kebbie’s Diaper Bag is not responsible for any damages, direct or consequential, resulting from the repair of jewelry merchandise. You acknowledge and agree that repair work may cause damage to stones, finish or other elements of the piece of jewelry and that in no event will Kebbie’s Diaper Bag be liable for any damages arising out of the repair to you jewelry.

You release and discharge Kebbie’s Diaper Bag, its employees, members, managers, assigns, and successors, from any and all claims and causes of action, damages, and other liability of any nature whatsoever, which you may have or claim to have against Kebbie’s Diaper Bag, resulting from damage to stones, finish or other elements of the piece of jewelry.

You agree, understand, and acknowledge that Kebbie’s Diaper Bag makes absolutely no warranties of any kind, express, implied or otherwise, regarding Kebbie’s Diaper Bag’s repair service.

 

Kebbie's Kash Rewards

This unique rewards program allows you to earn a point for every dollar you spend, then allows you to choose when and how you spend your earned points.

Each time you purchase a product in our store, you will earn 1 point for every dollar, less discounts, coupons, reward points, clearance or promotional items, Kprise Kits, store credit, shipping and tax. Each point is then worth $0.05 each. There is no waiting around for your points to add up to cash them in for a gift certificate. Simply use your points on your next order or save them up for a future order to get something free. To claim your points, go to your cart and add how many points you want to use and see the discount applied right away.

Clearance, Kprise Kits, Rental products are excluded from earning and redeeming reward points.  The product description includes the total amount of points required to purchase the product. This amount does not change if there is a bulk or sale price on the item, thus lessening the value of the point to less than .05 each. 

In order to receive these points you need to be a registered customer on our site, otherwise you forfeit the points.

Points on orders are rewarded within 48 hours of payment being received, but normally it only takes us a few hours to get your points added to your account.

Points may not be used on a past or pending order. After points are available in your account, you may use all or part of them on a future order. If after you have redeemed the points in your cart during checkout and no longer wish to redeem them, simply put a minus sign by the number of rewards points you wish to remove.
